Delete Your IronStride Account
Your account and all associated data can be permanently deleted directly from the IronStride mobile app. This action is irreversible.
📱 How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your IronStride account at any time from within the app. No need to contact support — the option is available directly in your account settings.
Follow this path inside the IronStride app:
Once confirmed, the deletion process begins immediately and cannot be undone.
⚠ What Gets Permanently Deleted
When you delete your IronStride account, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:
- User profile
- AI Coaching history
- Daily Briefs
- Activity Analysis
- Race plans
- Preferences
- Firestore data
- Associated account data
🔗 Third-Party Services Are Not Affected
Deleting your IronStride account does not affect your Strava account, Apple Health data, or Health Connect data. These services are independent and must be managed separately if you wish to revoke IronStride’s access.
🔘 Strava
To revoke IronStride's Strava access: Strava › Settings › My Apps › Revoke Access. Your Strava profile and activities are not deleted.
❤️ Apple Health (iOS)
To revoke health data access: iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › IronStride › Turn Off All. Your Apple Health data is not deleted.
💚 Health Connect (Android)
To revoke health data access: Health Connect › App Permissions › IronStride › Remove All Permissions. Your Health Connect data is not deleted.
📄 Data Retention
Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed from our active systems. However, some information may be retained for a limited period only where required by:
Law • Fraud prevention • Security • Regulatory compliance
Any retained data is held securely, used solely for the permitted purpose, and deleted as soon as the requirement no longer applies. We do not sell or share retained data with third parties for marketing purposes.
